The Orient is famous for its handcrafted carpet production. Each oriental carpet region has its own patterns and colors. When we think of carpets from Morocco, we often first think of Berber carpets . The oriental carpets made by the indigenous Berber population are made of high-quality sheep's wool and have geometric patterns. Casa Moro Berber carpets are kept in neutral colors, exude a certain calm and elegance and fit perfectly into any interior style. Our patchwork carpets are created completely differently: they are sewn together from recycled carpet pieces of different colors and patterns. With a patchwork rug you can breathe new life into several antique rugs.

Good to know: Carpets from Morocco are divided into two main groups: Berber carpets and urban carpets. Berber carpets are knotted or woven, have a rough surface and vary in color and pattern. However, the design is always reduced to a few color tones. The city carpets with their rich ornaments, which are reminiscent of palace furnishings, are completely different.
